CEO Tashia Stafford

Tashia started her career in 1995 as an A&R intern at Sony while still in college, upon graduation, she immediately started with Elecktra as an A&R Administrator where she worked with Ian Burke thus giving her the catalyst to start her own administration company Enlight Entertainment in 1999. She's worked with multi platinum hitmaking producers She'kspere (No Scrubs) and Dent (Survivor) as well as gained clients such as multi platinum producer/artist Teddy Riley, Akon, Devyne Stephens, and Mix Engineer Leslie Brathwaite. She is also a partner inthe new "state of the art" seven room studio facility Icon Studios located in Midtown Atlanta that is currently open.

But that’s just the beginning, because Icon Studios is like no place you’ve visited before.​ Directly past the lobby and salt-water aquarium, Studio B houses a 32 channel Icon D-Control and Protools HD4. The custom designed Augsperger monitors are truly one-of-a-kind, because they were specifically designed to fit into this special room. Dual 18 inch Augsperger subs handle the low end.
